All Iriarte Iriarte pieces are made with natural leather—meaning they retain their original character.

Unlike industrial leathers treated with Chromium and plastics to erase natural markings, we embrace the raw beauty of the material. This means you might notice veins, subtle variations, or natural grain—these are not defects but signs of authenticity. We choose not to mask them with chemicals, keeping our process as non-toxic and environmentally conscious as possible.

Our vegetable-tanned leather develops a unique patina over time, aging beautifully with you.

  • Spain – Free Shipping
  • Europe – €20
  • Rest of the world – €30

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

The further your order travels, the longer it may take to arrive. While most deliveries take less than a week, timing depends on your country’s regulations.

Our prices don’t include local taxes or import duties. For international orders, these fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid to the courier upon delivery. Since we’re based in the EU, additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

We have no control over these fees and cannot interfere with customs processes, so to avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders come with a tracking number, which you’ll receive once your package is shipped. Please double-check that your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your order, but if you’re not fully satisfied, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price, not the currency rate at the time of the refund.

Any additional taxes or duties incurred for the return shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • You are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. We recommend using DHL or UPS for reliability.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned due to an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery. Re-shipping costs will be at your expense.

If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, the order will be considered Null & Void, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
